Using Strategic Planning Skills and Journaling My Way To Wellness

This new year I resolved to focus on my wellness. I don't like New Year's resolutions because I can never keep them. But instead of just throwing in the towel, this year I decided to take a new approach.

I'm taking my strategic planning and goal setting skills I use in business, mixing them with creativity and applying them to my health one month at a time. This way the ultimate goal is not overwhelming and most likely attainable.

January was successful and February is off to a good start. I decided to use a blog "Twelve to Wellness" to journal my steps in hopes it might encourage someone, or at least to keep me accountable. There's something about publicly jotting down your progress that forces you to keep going.
