Her department was in a bit of a pinch and temporarily down two staffers due to an opening of the Social Media Marketing Manager position, as well as another on maternity leave. With that I was asked if I could come in to assist the team in the interim. Because Nationwide Children's Hospital does amazing things not only locally, but nationally and internationally as well, I couldn't pass up the incredible opportunity.
For three months I assisted the Interactive and Media teams with promoting stories and blog posts on Facebook and Twitter using Sprout Social. Because of consistent communication and weekly staff meetings helping Nationwide Children's Hospital, (as well as their Foundation during the Nationwide Children's Hospital 200, and the Nationwide Children's Champions Golf Outing) during this time was seamless.
I was honored to work with such terrific, smart and compassionate professionals and hope to work with them again in the future.
